Return Policy:

Services provided by Pure Wave Restoration are non-refundable.

All completed projects are guaranteed free of physical defects. If you are unsatisfied with your product as a result of defective media (i.e. corrupt CDs, DVDs, digital files, etc.), please contact us for a consultation. If we determine that your finished product is defective as a result of faulty media, we will replace your media at no cost. Defective media may be exchanged for exact project replacement only. Pure Wave Restoration is not liable for scratched media.

Due to digital file storage constraints, we cannot back-up your master recordings for more than 10 days beyond delivery of your product. Claims must be made within this 10 day period upon receipt of your finished product. Any return claims made after 10 days are subject to billing for new services.

Payment Policy:

Pure Wave Restoration accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal (including Visa, MC, Discover, Amek), and Money Orders / Cashiers Checks. Please send MO and cashiers Checks with in 7 days of purchase.

In all states except Arizona, customers are responsible for their own sales tax.

Shipping Policy:

ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND YOUR COMPLETED PRODUCTS TO YOU WILL BE DETERMINED UPON COMPLETION OF SERVICES.

Fed Ex Ground U.S. only. 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day.
Fed Ex Saver U.S. only. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.
Fed Ex 2 Day U.S. only. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
Fed Ex Standard U.S. only. Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
Fed Ex Priority U.S. only. Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
